I think a care package may be in order! I'm assuming that sending ground turkey would be a disaster, but I think English muffins are doable. I'll be in touch;)

Looks delicious! Since asparagus is in season, how about Japanese miso-sesame asparagus? Toast and grind 4 Tbsp sesame seeds, then add to 1.5 Tbsp brown sugar, 1.5 Tbsp mirin, and 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce. Cook a bunch of asparagus until bright green, then mix with sauce.

This recipe is from my Japanese aunt, and has been a family favorite for years. Enjoy!

Hey great idea! I wish I could taste it, unforunately I think turkey is an extinct species in the Czech and I would exchange my right leg for a bit of English muffins. Well nothing that drastic :-) Nice pics as well!

I thought it was a pretty good meal, nice job Steph. A little mustard made the burger pretty tastey and apparently better for me than a double cheese burger from McDonalds. Glad that you started this blog hon, I wish you good food karma... does this mean we will be eating well all the time?
